Michael was courteous and professional. Really awesome guy that knows exactly what he is doing and allowed me to observe everything he did and explained some nuances of towing. Took care of my car and I couldn't have asked for better service. Awesome guy and the lady that answered the phone in the office was amazing too. Great company, highly recommend based off my experience.

Helped with the service needed, but no customer service especially a lady that apparently wouldn't give me her name so I wouldn't be telling everyone I've spoken to her the whole time and it wasn't her which "clearly it has been" and she rudely hung up on me. She mentioned I couldn't speak to her manager since He wasn't in and she is all alone doing everything. So because of that I'm guessing it gives her all the right to be rude to a customer that already paid thousands of dollars for the service but can't receive a receipt of what was charged and what was done yet the company credit card has already been charged. The response from the lady on the phone every time I call is that their sister company should be sending me the receipt since Friday 5/7 and today is Wednesday 5/12 and I'm still getting the same response.
