This review is long overdue. When I was locked out of my home, Cisneros was the only locksmith in Las Cruces who would come out to help in less than an hour. Also, they were friendly, which always helps the cause. Not only did the gentlemen helping me out arrive at my home in less than 30 minutes, he also made me two spare keys to unlock the front and back door to my house. If I ever get unlocked out of my home or vehicle again, I will only call Cisneros.

I hired a service, they installed two plates and a month later one of them was desolate, I talked to them and they didn't respect the guarantee, they use very poor quality material and plates where they buy them for 200 pesos and sell them for 800, very poor service and quality the truth

Great service and reasonable prices! I called to inquire about having some new locks re-keyed and when they could come. They said they could have someone there in 30 - 40 minutes! I stressed it was not an emergency and they said that's fine, we have someone available. Ismael did a great job re-keying our locks and even cut a couple collegiate key blanks we had ordered online. We later discovered the new keys did not work properly in a couple of our locks and we took them into the store. The gentleman there cheerfully ran them through again which solved the problem. Everything works beautifully. Definitely recommend for their professional and friendly service!
