I would leave zero Stars if I could very rude mean uncaring. They could release my car to me with the paperwork I had but because I hurt when a gentleman's feelings he would not release my car. The officer even told him to release the car. With my ID. But because i was from Texas he wanted all this unnecessary paperwork. I love almost 3 hours away. He did not care that everything I owned was in my car. My ID my credit cards my purse and my phone. I had nothing . I even offered to pay his fee. But because i corrected him and made him mad because of his own mistake he would not release my car. I hope his family is never put in a situation like this and if they are I hope someone would help them get home. Unlike the people that wouldn't help me. ......Horrible place .......... Go else where if you can ....

Manager here is a joke. They have a couple of guys that give good customer service but other than that don't even bother. You have to call to Albuquerque to make an appointment. Albuquerque forgets about you and never delivers a message. You go into the Santa Fe store to find out what's going on and nobody knows what's happening. I gave them multiple tries to fix customer service but I decided to move on.
