Called for pricing on a remote. Was told they only text? and only take cash?? Quote I got was a little cheaper than anywhere else, but then they never showed up! (That's what I get for trying to be cheap!) No call, nothing. When I followed up.the next day I was greeted with nasty attitudes and them somehow trying to make it my fault they never showed or called. Turns out, they don't actually stock the remotes for all cars. Many are special order? (I drive a basic, older Chevy sedan) Probably for the best- following day I found out this place really messed up a buddy's car installing remote start. He had to have almost $500 in repairs done and the remote start removed. Do yourself a favor, CALL A PROFESSIONAL. NOT THIS GUY.

I pay 60 dollars for a key it opened my car but did not start it. I call them and they told me it works and they are not refunding my money back. That i can pay 35 more dollars for them to come out and see what wrong with the car. Mind you my car is new and all i needed was a key. They then told me if nothing was wrong they still was not going to refund my money. I don’t not understand how this is good business ripping people off.
