Called after hours because in their reviews they had good reviews for after our service. I never heard a word from him. I was stranded out of my vehicle because I lost my keys and was needing a locksmith very very bad. I don't know maybe it was just a bad day everybody has them maybe he was busy but the next day no call back no nothing. Maybe it was just a fluke

My remote start wasn’t working, I first called another lock smith in town, and they directed me to an audio store in town. Morgan Locksmith not only was friendly, but also fixed my problem over the phone!!! He was so kind, walking me through what happen and it was an easy fix over the phone! Excellent customer service, wish I can give him 10 stars!!!!

I called Steve after hours on a Tuesday night. (615 pm) I had a vehicle le over an hour away with key fob problems. He willingly drive to us. And within 30 minutes had the car running again like new. Good service. Good quality parts. Good pricing. And very prompt. I will be recommending morgans locksmith to anyone and everyone I know!!! Thank you steve!
