The owner couldn’t be bothered to respond to the email I sent, so posting here to warn others. Today (Feb 25) I was in your store at about 10a and this was my experience. - I stood at the register for at least five minutes with two of your employees looking at me several times from the aisle with no move to assist. I finally said can someone help me and he made me come to him. - I saw that he wasn’t wearing his mask over his nose so I backed up. He said “don’t be scared” and I said I’m scared of people who after a year of a pandemic refuse to wear masks correctly. To which he replied that he’s sick of wearing masks. - I told him everyone is but that people are still dying. And his response was to remove his mask completely. - I left the store when this happened and I will never come back. And I recently bought an apt in the neighborhood and need a lot of work done. But that shouldn’t matter. Your employees need to be better trained.

This is a excellent hardware store! They will accommodate you in every way possible. Vito will order things you need if they are not in stock. The customer service is great. They have everything you need. Its like a small, personal home depot. I have been a customer for 20 years.

If i could give less than one star I would. On every occasion that i have gone into this store they quote prices which are at least double the ACE across the street. In addition they are nasty and dishonorable. The only reason to go to this store is desperation. Try the ACE across the street or to First Ave Supply House a little bit further uptown. I am sorry i didn't learn from past experience and didn't avoid the SV True Value-

I have lost all my Honda Accord car keys and didn’t have a chance to get a spare made one before . I’m glad fully that I have found those guys in the middle of the night who could replace a car key . The process was very quick and easy going . The technician that arrived had explained me everything about the process , basically from A to Z . Fast and punctual service! Tech came and was very professional. The job was done in less than 15 minutes. Had 2 keys duplicated and cut. Price was extremely reasonable. Programming was far less cheaper than the crooked dealerships! I’ll be using them again! I highly recommend them for your key fob needs! Best part, they come to you!
