I have made many trips to Klein’s since they opened. I love the convenience of a local place. However, I’m very disappointed that none of the employees are wearing masks and they don’t keep their distance when talking with customers. Sends the message that they don’t care about their customers or community. It’s now on my “places to avoid” list. Convenience doesn’t outweigh the risk.

Refused to cut keys I bought online, even when they did not have the proper keys themselves in store. They said it ruined their cutter at one point, but hard to believe. I asked if they'd cut it, and offered to pay to replace the cutting edge if it was an issue. They said their manager was unavailable to be asked.

Amazing little hardware store. Employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Last two times I was here, I was greeted at the door and asked what I was looking for. Way better customer service than big box stores like Lowe's and Menards. One time I was doing a plumbing project (I hate plumbing) and an employee helped me lay it out on the floor. A lot of stuff in a relatively small store added to great service makes this a regular choice for me
