If you are looking cheap products, bad customer service and a lecture on how their customer service is not bad then you found the right place! I bought the case for my car key from this store and cut the key on May 15. They key broke on May20 during regular use, I went to the store on on May 23 and asked if it can be fixed or replaced. I was told there is nothing they can do and I need to spend another $40+tax to get another one of these that may not even last 5 days. On top of that the person at store was rude when I voiced my disappointment. Is it too much to expect some sympathy and offer at least a replacement at discount (at cost and let go any profit the second time)?

Vic or Victor at the 51 Cobb Parkway Marietta store has very little to no social skills. All you have to do is be friendly. Because he did not explain the process of changing the battery on a phone for me , it was all very confusing for me, then he got condescending. Thank goodness for Allen who was much more professional.

I went to get keys made, wasn't in the car that I needed the keys for so had to go back to complete my purchase. They were very helpful, professional and attentive to what I needed. In essence, actually took the time to get the correct information on the car in question since they had to special order the keys for me. Went above and beyond in my personal opinion. Thanks guys.
