So so courteous and helpful. Came when expected and was able to problem solve on the spot. Completed the job despite encountering some unexpected complications - we live in a very old home and had just moved in when we needed a lock change so we weren't familiar with the needs of the house. Locked myself out of my house. Called the Top 4 locksmiths on Google in the Evans area and only Dixie Lock and Safe actually directed me to a locksmith. He arrived in 30 min. and unlocked the door within seconds. Save yourself a lot of time and stress and call this company first if you have a lockout.
