Ashley's US Lock & SecurityRyan Bauman
Have used them numerous times through the years when I oversaw a major bank in the region and personally. Customer Service has always been great if they come to you or you go to them. Rekeying, Repairing, Replacing, or just making a key they handle them all professionally. You can't get good quality locksets at Box stores and for having keys made your back in your car and on the road before Lowe's could have someone paged for you. If you are using a contractor make sure they price something from Ashley's. So called Commercial Contractors shouldn't be shopping at Lowes for everything but some do, then you realize why they were CHEAPER. They charge the same for labor but get the job by using low grade materials. Worth it, great value for their knowledge and service.

Lowes had this machine to make keys, I used it before and had problems but thought they had repaired it. So tried again for this house with no luck again. I think it is in the user as well as the machine. when the start button is applied and the key has been installed , the clamp is very fast to clamp the key . It is possible the key is being positioned improperly because of this. There should be a pause and request to hold key still before the clamp is applied. Yes there is a cancel button to stop the procedure but who knows if it was in right or not. Don't think it is just right yet. Great Idea but needs a little more dummy proof installed.
