Well they could've suggested we call the safe company for the lost combination before loading up an extremely heavy safe taking it in for replacement lock, to find out they just made a phone call, got the combination and still charged the full price. Not really great customer service working for the customer. Always just about the Dollar.

Knowledgable locksmith -- helped me with mortise lock tap at no charge. This is an old tool almost never used in this area these days, they had it and shared. Very generous! I will patronize them for any future locksmith needs.
