My experience with the kiosk was lousy. That was my first (and last for sure) I wasted 3 dollars as the key made does not fit and does not work. I wish I could get my three dollars back. But you guys are not that honest.

Would never use this company. They are fixated on what they can't do. All I asked is for them to program me a key fob. Couldn't do that. Told me it was a mechanical problem. I got it done somewhere else.

Needed duplicate mailbox keys. The machine did not have the appropriate key available so they were mailed to me. The keys were great so it was a good experience.

This was my first experience with KeyMe. I wanted to make duplicate keys for my office. I happened to go to Kroger for grocery and saw KyeMe kiosk in the store. I was happy to see this duplicate key making facility but at the same time not very sure about how it would work. It was Friday. The interactive messages on the machine screen asked me to insert my key in the designated slot, I was hesitant to insert as I thought if it didn't work and key is gobbled by the machine, I would be without keys on Monday to open my office. However, you need to insert just the teeth part of the key and you can stop the process at any time and take back your original key. To my great surprise and happiness, the whole process went on very smoothly and within 15 minutes times I got two keys + one complimentary key made. All the three keys worked perfectly well on my office door. The only one suggestion I have to make is the machine should not save the image of the key in its data base without the permission of the customer. Other than this, the KeyMe is relatively cheap and fast option ($ 20.00 for three keys) for duplicating the keys you need.
