What a con. An address but no store! How is that possible? They want you to drive around and waste gas. They do not want to make keys.

SCAM ENTRY. Called for key copy. They said they had no storefront and only mobile service. That's not what the listing says and as soon as I said I wasn't willing to pay for mobile service they hung up on me before I could finish my sentence.

It was easy to use the machine. I think $12 for 2 keys is a little pricey but you pay for convenience.

Customer service was horrible. I called one day trying to get a locksmith to come to my client's house to fix a lock. They never came out. The next day l called at 8 am and was told a technician would get back to me soon. 3 hrs later l had not received a call from a tech. So l called and told them to cancel. They had thr worst customer service.

Definitely 10 stars work, super professional, i called them to open my door and also change my lock, they did an incredible work, super helpful, the technician was so kind and changed my lock for a good high security lock and im feeling much safe, really nice. Thank you so much

Absolutely Horrible service!!!!! I would give them negative stars if I could! The locksmith was over an hour late, wasn't updated on why I had to call over again to see what was going on. When locksmith came he smelled like weed! I had someone else come bring me keys because he couldn't even open it. And I was still charged for him shows up. Definitely do not recommend this place I even called right now to let know just how upset I was and the guy on the phone asked me "What was my point" can you believe that? I don't recommend this place at all!
