It doesn't exist in Mt Pleasant, especially where Google maps locate it. The phone number goes to a nation wide alleged customer service number .... 20 thumbs down

Great experience easy to use. I made copies for my mom and they worked perfectly no issues. If you buy two keys, you get one free! I definitely take advantage of the deal! I am definitely going back for my future key needs.

A little expensive, but I opted for the buy 2 get one free so that did reduce the overall cost.

I'm just going to say you're better off calling a local towing business for unlocking your vehicle. Unbelievable I cannot get a simple copy of a receipt after taking to 5 people.

I was there making new keys for ones that didn't work from the first time I used the machine. These keys worked this time.

Made I keys at the machine. Worked great.

The key service was fast. My only complaint is that the keys are a little tricky to use. We have to jiggle them to unlock the door. I have copied keys before and not had this problem. I think they are not cut quite as accurately as the ones I had done at another kiosk.
