This father-son team were super helpful when me and my 6 year old daughter were stranded out of state. Automated key making kiosk. Key blank used was not the same as original blank, had a slot configuration and a head shape characteristic of a different brand of lock. A store attendant insisted it would work regardless, and it did. I'd have preferred a shape and slot cut identical to the original key. I'd have waited & had the copies made at a different place if I had known the copy would look so much different from the original.
