I brought my older model STIHL chainsaw in for repair, it would not start. I was told it would be $40.00 upfront for them to look at it and it would be about a month. Over a month I received no text or phone that it was looked at. I went and asked to have the machine back and was told that it needed more work on it then it was worth. In my opinion they did nothing, I don’t think they even looked at it. I was told the $40.00 could be used for the purchase of a new chainsaw. I will never go back there I just recently found a small engine repair person who fixed it for $20.00 Very shady business practice (in my opinion)
