Handy and quick way to get extra copies of your keys. In the past I’ve had a few keys that didn’t work, but they promptly refunded those. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of the keys and the convenient locations. I am and will continue to be a repeat customer!

Very efficient guys and fairly priced key cloning service. Also has lots of other things you might need for your do it at home project. Definitely my first choice for any of my hardware needs. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff too.

This neighborhood hardware store is top notch for excellent service and very helpful staff. I’ve been here many times and have never been disappointed. It’s not a massive superstore but they’ve always had what I might be looking for and often go the extra mile to help out as needed - like cutting a board for no charge or assisting with loading the truck. Five stars all the way.

Awesome selection. Awesome service. Prices a bit high but it's Los Altos and they are local. But not open on Sundays? Isn't that one of God's 10 commandments - hardware stores shall be open on all Sundays, every Sunday? They used to be open on Sundays before this Covid business and their remodel. Now I have to drive to Home Depot and deal with lackluster customer service - ugh! Henry, you have a great shop - why no Sundays?

The place is an excellent local hardware store. They are very friendly and right there near everything in downtown north Los Altos. The store is well stocked and carries a surprising number of sku's.
