I've lived in Nashua for more than 30 years and have never been here. I wanted a key done for a Christmas gift, and loved the shop so much, I had to go home and get my keys to go back to have a full set made. Great selection for the keys, and if I enjoyed speaking with the owners and if I ever need a Dependable Lock Service, these are the folks I will be calling in the future.

I needed a lock changed on my brick & mortar, and these guys were very responsive, friendly, and did the job with a smile, all at a terrific price! Doug showed up in the timeframe promised, and was very courteous. Professionalism is important to me, and was certainly appreciated. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Lost my car keys and didn't have a to copy. I went to several places including a dealership all of them said they didn't have it in stocks and would have to order it (also needed the fob too) When I called Dependable lock it took less than 30 minutes and I was able to drive my car. I would definitely tell anyone to try them first!!

Had 4 locks installed. Awesome service. If you know how to install locks, it is not the hardest thing to do. But they came in, I blinked and everything was done and done right. Definitely recommend when you need a pro to help!!
