Terrible service!! Took my office door knob. I wanted to get a key made. Took it to Bar Plaza Keys. Guy, told me to come back in 20min. Came back, he said he got busy. Left my door knob for 1 day. Came back for it the next day. Guy said he couldn't do it. Wasted 2 days. Took it to Jack Keys off Palm Ave., got it done in 15min.

They do not have all sizes, Hi, I'm not sure where to reply except that 6 or 7 months ago I was looking for a locksmith and the person that assisted me over the phone was very respectful, The only issue was you didn't have the required size, so I found another locksmith. It cost $120! For a guy to come for 35 seconds and unlock my car said he’ll give me a discount what type of discount is that I just got it done a few weeks ago for 60$ I’d recommend taking your service elsewhere unless your willing to pay overpriced prices

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I called to get a replacement key and the guy was super rude and unprofessional. I asked for a rough estimate and he couldn’t even give me a number. Then he stated that I can’t come to him because they don’t have a store. He then hung up on me. He even got an attitude with me when all I was trying to do was get a replacement key. Horrible way to treat your customers.
