I had a broken key fob for the last 2 years, and finally lost the metal part. I was stranded at a local park looking for it, while also juggling my toddler. First, I called the dealer and asked what my options were and they explained to me that they could replace it for $450. I have never written a review for anything in my 20 years but this service was absolutely perfect. I was on the phone with AAA for 30 minutes trying to get help and eventually gave up and called this company. Responded to the call in about 3 seconds and in 15 minutes my car was unlocked and i was on my way back home. I know circumstances like these are not normal but if you are ever in any situation with lock trouble, do not hesitate to call them. There is a reason they have over 500 reviews and a perfect 5 star rating.

Jake came to my house on a Sunday afternoon and helped me get into my daughter's car. Her door key would not work (he explained later the lock had been replaced) and the fob wouldn't work as her battery was dead. He was in the car in less than a minute and made a door key on the spot!!! Speedy, professional, and reasonably priced!!! Highly recommend this company!!!
