Very honest with the pricing and tells you if the lock the be picked or not. My locked somehow fixed itself while getting a quote, but this buddy gave me the best quote, and was very upfront about my lock had to be drilled... which prompted me to pound on it very hard, and somehow fixing the smart key..

A great old-school hardware store. They have 90% of everything you could need, and know 100% of what they have. Any time I've come in I've received efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service. Even if I'm calling to find out if they have something, they don't guess if it's on the shelf, they put the phone down and go look to see how many they have. Awesome store with great people working there.

I stopped by to see about a door lock set and Mat assisted me. The lock set I had bought at another store didn't fit and Matt suggested slotting the door which I did and it worked out Great!! Thanks Matt and Fazzinos True Value is my New Go to hardware store . I should have gone to you First. Matt knows his Stuff.

I go here all the time as it is one of the closest hardware stores to me. The staff is unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store. They've walked me through doing home maintenance items multiple times, advised on what I needed to do the job, and just been generally helpful. I've also had keys made and propane tanks refilled, which was quick and easy.
