On June 19th, 2021 during the torrential downpour of rain and flash flooding from Tropical Storm Claudette in Tuscaloosa I locked myself out of my SUV at Publix on 69 South. I called my insurance company and a couple of other lock and key places well I was placed on hold for over an hour or never got a response at all. When I call Tuscaloosa Security lock and key the gentleman answered on the first or second ring even though he was clearly busy. He took down my number and called me back as he said he would. Despite the dangerous driving conditions he made it to my vehicle in a very timely manner. He was kind, professional and courteous. If I ever have a need in the future I will insist that my insurance contact them instead of these chains that they like to use. I encourage anyone that needs any kind of lock and key or unlock service to support this local business! The personable service made my day. Thank you Tuscaloosa Security Lock and Key!
