I was driving thru Connecticut and stopped at a rest area on 95. My luck, flushed the keys down the toilet. Someone at the rest area said a locksmith can make a key on site. Called these guys up and they assured me they can make a key for my car. The guy was at my location in like half an hour, made the key right out of his van and got me on my way back to Boston! Excellent service start to finish!

I was looking for non-standard nails, specifically 4" galvanized nails, and the big box stores didn't have them. Searching for hardware stores in the neighborhood, I came across this little gem of a store with really helpful staff. They had the nails on display and even more odd sizes nicely organized. I'm definitely coming back for all my hardware needs.

Very informative and helped me a great deal with an unfortunate situation related to a paint job. They even took the time months later to help me get receipts and invoices for the painting supplies I needed for the aforementioned situation and accommodated for me to pick them up after work hours. I am sure that most people don't have experiences like this when it comes to going to their local hardware store, but I simply want to emphasize on how this store really went above and beyond to help a local resident in the community.
