Great customer service! I went to replace screws for my bike hitch. They immediately asked if I needed any help and helped me find the replacement screws I needed. The woman working even came outside to try the screws in my bike before I purchased them. She also gave me helpful tips to make it more stable. I replaced the screws and tried her tips and everything is now working perfectly! Thanks for your help!

I went in and needed assistance with a window repair that I wanted to do myself, the lady in there knew exactly what I needed, was very well rounded and gladly helped my with materials I needed without trying to sell me on their window repair in house. Thank you very much
