Have shopped here for yrs. Plenty of helpful and friendly wrkrs. Store is fairly small. The selection of items is somewhat limited. But they normally have the items I need. They will order items as needed. They have an equipment rental service. This has been helpful in the past.

Wonderful, classic hardware. Usually have what I need. The staff is very attentive. Even if they are busy, they seem to always acknowledge anyone who comes through the door or if they are waiting. Full of a great variety of products. Great parking and easy in and out. Great for quick trips rather than having to roam the huge box stores.

Updating my review! KeyMe had reached out to me and refunded me for the keys that didn't work. Their customer service is very good. Initially, I had tried to make 4 copies of a key and only 1 worked. The original copy was in good condition. The other keys that I have made since then have worked.
