I called them after our child accidentally locked the door on our way out of the house. They said it’d be a 45 minute wait. I waited an hour and a half because it was raining and I wanted to be respectful of their safety. When I called back to check on their ETA they acted like they had no record of my call and took my information again. They said they’d call back to tell me when a technician was coming and still haven’t contacted me at all up to the writing of this review. I had to call another locksmith who was timely and professional but it took nearly three hours from what was supposed to be 45 minutes! Please avoid this business they are unprofessional and unreliable in a moment of need!

I had an employee locked out of her car for several hours. We had called numerous companies that never showed up or was trying to give disguised pricing. Call this guy he said he would be about 20min. He was so fast when he called to say he was outside I had to say " you made it from your location to here super fast" . The service was incredible. He had her in her car within a minute. Literally a min! Rescue is the name of the business for a reason! Oh did I mention pricing was great!!!!!
