Bobs lock & key was great! I locked my keys in my car with my son inside and when I called Bob left immediately and was at my house within 10 minutes. Made me feel calmer knowing someone was urgently in their way to help.

Called to reserve a rental 2 months in advance, paid for it. Called 2 days before event to confirm rental, yes we were scheduled for the rental. The night before a guy calls, doesn't introduce himself just says we're beat for the rental they double booked it and donated it to a carnival. And they couldn't refund my money. Asked to speak to his manager and she couldn't be interrupted. He was very combative. Finally got his manager on the phone, she had zero clue what was going on. To top off the wonderful experience we were told to have the rental back thd next day at 8 am, well there we sat along with another rental customer at 8 am Sunday morning and no one is there.. They don't open until 10..Graduation was at 2, in another town...so I'm supposed to wait around for 2 hours??? And I never got my deposit back. Such BS!! Customer service is horrible. Will never go back.
Bad News
The white haired lady up front is very unfriendly and rude. I am very much a regular, I come from Weiser to shop there. She has never asked me if I found everything or how my day is, etc. Two weeks ago I tried to use a coupon on a sale item. Instead of explaining it to me, when I asked, in a very loud, and condescending voice, she said "you most certainly cannot". I was embarrassed by the ordeal. I know on Mondays I will take my business elsewhere.

The folks here are knowledgeable and helpful. And if you need to rent machinery say to work your lawn, rototillers, sod cutters, etc. They have a good selection!
