The only thing I didn't like was how loud the speaker was while I was making a key. Not really into drawing attention to myself while making keys.

Awful. No one could give me a price or an ETA and they said the technician was already on his way and hung up right away when i hadn’t even confirmed i wanted the service. The technician was suppose to call me -_- did not call. On top of that, when i kept calling back for answers the operators just kept saying the technician would call and would quickly hang up before i could get any answers. The only good thing i can say about them is that a live person answered the phone ever time i called, but that didnt go anywhere did it?
