I lost my car keys. I called this company in the middle of the night. They were reasonably priced and arrived quickly.

They moved and didnt change their address on google. I called the listed number, after I realized their old address is now a Uhaul, and got a generic google greeting when nobody answered. A different # calls back and a man tells me the new address is only 7 min away and he txts's me the address. I've already made 2 U turns looking for this place that isn't there. Once I enter the provided address and found it's 12 min away, I drove 15 min away to Home Depot for key copies instead of giving this guy any money. I kind of feel petty but, I think he intentionally mislead me on the distance and I didnt have much time. Booooo Snaplock

I had to change the locks on a property I am renting due to tenants eviction. I was able to get same day appointment. The locksmith Mike was very professional and rekeyed the locks in no time so the old key wont work anymore. The service was fast, friendly and reasonable priced. I highly reccomend this company.

Horrible Horrible Horrible Needed new storm door handle assembly and inner mechanism. Spoke to technician, Larry who called at the time he was supposed to show up and asked for an extra hour. (5pm to 6pm) 6:15 - no Larry - 6:20 technician Sam calls and said he’d be right there because Larry couldn’t make it. Shows up at 6:45. Drilling in the door from till 9pm. Long story short, Sam installed the outer brass housing crooked on the outside of the door. (Looks ridiculous) The new storm door handle smacks up against the frame as it closes Sam wanted $300 for this. Just to get him out of my house I offered $225 which he accepted. I’m sick about the whole experience. 5/20/2021 Update to the group on this post: Management from Safeway Lock and Key have laid out a plan that would fully address my problem as reported in this post. I am cautiously optimistic after a visit to my house that he will follow through with the solution as described. There was a fast response to my complaint which has left me hopeful that a resolution is at hand. I will keep this thread open till resolution.
