Star Gate has gotten me out of a very tough spot when I was locked out of my apartment. They showed up quickly, got me into my apartment and installed a brand new lock. All for a price that was much lower than several other places I called. The locksmith was polite, friendly and even called me the next day to see if I was satisfied with the service. I will always call them if I am ever in a similar situation and have already recommended them to a few friends. Saving their number in my phone!

The guy who installed my lock, showed up hours later than promised, was hyper, talking fast, asked to use my bathroom twice in an hour. I made sure I could pay by credit card and then the guy who installed the lock tried to talk me into letting him drive me to my bank so I could pay in cash. When he finally finished and was leaving he told me someone could still kick my door in, but he could come back and install another lock if I wanted. Needless to say I declined.

I recently found another feature of the KeyMe station and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use. The keyfob function was a breeze to use and they work like a charm. I always love the keys I can have customized as well. This service has made getting keys done so simple and easy!

Today is October 1, 2020, The locksmith came to my apartment to replace my lock . The first price he said was 350. I told him that is way to much . Then he said 325. I said that is still to much money . Then he said 300. I told he I will go somewhere else. Then he went to 270. I took that price but that was still high. My thing is do these people have a set rate or they just charge anything. I called the company to ask what are there price and do they charge anything. They said they will give me a email ... still waiting for the email. I will not deal with this company again.

Used the key duplication kiosk. One key was unable to be copied through the machine, and the key was sent to few days later in the mail. The overall service was good and convenient. However, pricey for key duplication. One key cost $8-$9.
