I strongly recommend NOT doing business with this store. They were quick charged $130 dollar for a consultation but non-responsive when it came to fixing the lock problem. After multiple weeks of waiting and constant attempts to track down the locksmith for answers (apparently also the store manager), I decided to write this review. I would also like to mention that the receptionist just hung up the phone on me when I mentioned I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I paid for the consultation because they said it would apply towards the final bill, however I still waiting for resolution and at this point I would like my money back so I can take my business somewhere else.

This was my first visit to the store and I am very impressed. 3 employees asked if I needed any help. 3!!! When going to Lowes or Home Depot I have to track down an employee for help and most of the time I never find one. I am remodeling my house and if I need any tools or paint I will now take my business here. I have never felt so welcome in a store. Y'all are doing an amazing job!!! Keep it up and thank you for being so kind!!!!
