I was never more happy in my entire life than when Terry pulled up in front of my house. I called because one of the double entry security doors on my house would not open, it wasn't jammed but for some reason the latch would not work. While waiting for my locksmith to arrive I decided to go outside using the door that was still working and found that I now had the same problem with both doors and was locked in... What are the odds? Right? Just then I got a call from Terry that he could be here earlier than anticipated if that was acceptable. He pulled up in front of my house a few minutes later and had me out of there in less than 10 minutes. Within 30 minutes he had both of my doors repaired with new parts and working properly again. This person was professional, respectful, courteous, skilled and very knowledgeable... I will not hesitate to call him again if I need a locksmith and I highly recommend that you consider him too.

I had purchased a new remote for my vehicle on a Monday and the dealer told me that they could not fit me in until the following week. I reached out to Agent Lock and Key and they were able to come out within an hour. Programming the remote and cutting the new key took less than 20 minutes. Very satisfied and I will be avoiding the dealer in the future for programming.
