Great neighborhood hardware store. Also the stuffs are very professional and also friendly. Just the parking space is a little congested but right beside the store there is Lokoil gas station so parking is not much of an issue.

Very friendly and personal service. Was able to make a perfect copy of a difficult and rare key. Offered to mail me copies of my key after I moved from Philly, and gave me the key code in case I wanted to make copies elsewhere. Nothing beats personal and honest service!

I called in advance to see if they could make a copy of my mailroom key which I am borrowing from a neighbor for the day just to copy and when I told them I would arrive a few minutes after closing they said no worries we will wait. I arrived at 5:03pm after running in the humidity from the subway and the door was locked. 3 minutes after closing. Why could they not just be honest and say come tomorrow? Unfortunately I have no choice but to get my key copied here because they sell non-duplicated double toothed keys. If I could take my business elsewhere I would! Horrible customer service and waste of time.

It's a freaking pandemic! NONE of the three employees working there wore a single mask even when customers walked in- nor was there one to be found anywhere. In addition to having no regard for the safety of others, the employees also had a very rude attitude. They spoke with arrogance and asked me questions but barely provided any background to the questions; which caused me to be taken aback. I felt extremely unsafe in there. Overall would NOT recommend. Not sure why they got so many reviews for friendly staff... would describe them more as hostile!
