Called at 1pm to ask what time they were closing. They rudely said 2:30pm. My dad and I got there at 1:15 to find it closed. Stood outside for 15min knocking. Called multiple times. No one answered.

I was recommended by a friend of mine to go here, i was extremely disappointed with the service. First off when i came in, i spoke with Marco who was the one who i was recommended to, he said he could service my sewing machine for $60, a week goes by he calls me and leaves a voicemail saying he replaced a part, that to my knowledge was not damaged in the first place, and said the price went up to $74. Not only that, once i came to pick up the machine he says that the price is now $94, because he under-priced the piece he replaced and said its an extra $20. I came in to get a routine service for $60 and was now being quoted $94! Then as i mentioned to him that i didnt ask for the $14 piece to be replaced and that i would refuse paying $94, he said," what about $78, because you know the rent has gone up for this place, i just found out last week". MARCO is not professional, and does not provide great service. I will not be returning. I ended up paying $78 to leave and never return.

They are always helpful n reasonable prices. I've taken my sewing machines for servicing and they always give me a good deal. one time when I didn't have enough, he let me trade another sewing machine I wasn't using instead.

I don’t think I’ll be coming back. He’s not reliable on time. His store has open but when you call he’s not there. He said he would be there in 10 minutes and it’s now 40 minutes. I should have read the reviews before i left my machine. Oh well.
