My brother accidentally locked his car keys in his trunk at a funeral. We called Johnny Towing to come and help unlock the car. The locksmith showed up to the cemetery twice but instead of coming to help us he turned around both times and left without saying a word. How unprofessional. We had a family member pass and the one who's car was locked had to drive hours to get here. Instead of even trying to help he just decided on his own that we didn't need him and left. There's no sense in giving a business like that a third chance.
