I have an interlock system at my house and accidentally locked myself out. I borrowed their number from my neighbor and called out for help. Their team came and created a new set of keys. Also, they handed me a spare key for the lock. Their services are commendable.

I called about a small safe that I needed to be rekey. They said they can’t rekey small safes. I asked the dispatcher how much everything would cost he said $30.. so the locksmith comes out and says it’s going to cost $150. I told him the dispatcher told me less and I could not afford so much. Can you believe this man laughed in my face! How rude! I told him he is very lucky I am nice and would pay him for coming out but being blatantly rude to your customers... terrible. I would not recommend this company at all.. terrible communication and very rude staff.

Terrible guy came to replace car keys, 1) gave us wrong key type which don't start car. 2) for some reason he disconnected our 'truck door button' so now the truck door don't open anymore. 3) didn't know what he was doing and still charged us for no work done. Asked for $50 cashapp and laughed. Saying he needs the $50 (like a crackhead demanding for change)cuz he disconnected our truck door button My wife ened up cashapp him I told her not too, and to try to get a refund cuz that guy was a straight up scam.
