I stopped in to get a spare key made for my truck, since I only had one set of keys and didn't want to risk losing them again. I believe the guy working was Tom. He was really friendly and nice. At this time I would have recommended this company to anyone. Less than a week later, my new key got twisted while trying to unlock the bed of my truck. I stopped and I talked to Marty to see if they would stand behind there products and service since the key they sold me was either not cut correctly or made from a cheap metal. Not only did he refuse, he was rude and wanted to charge another $90 to get new one made. I understand that this is a business, but I can not recommend a business that does not stand behind there products and services to anyone.

Incredible service. Xmas eve and our son stupidly lost the key fob. Technician drove to the ski resort with 2 keys. Amazing - beyond the call of duty service!!

Delt with the same guy two days in a row. Never got his name. Nice guy. Got me what I needed quickly. And when he unlocked the wifes car he was on time and didnt cause any damage which I really appreciate. Would def go back if needed.
