The first key I made didn't work, so I contacted the company. They were quick and courteous and provided me with a code to use to make another one for free. The second one worked great - even better than the original! Easy to use kiosks and great customer service!

I love using KeyMe kiosks. They are incredibly convenient! I had copies made of my house key and even my mail key. They all work flawlessly. The house keys were done within minutes; the mail key I needed to receive by mail. It came quickly (less than a week) and I love the low profile key design. I plan to use KeyMe instead of a locksmith/key person as Home Depot for any future key needs. :)

I love that this kiosk is inside the grocery store I work at. It was very user-friendly. One of the keys I wanted copied wasn’t available at the kiosk, but it got mailed to me within a few days. The other key was cut and available within seconds. This is such a convenient way to copy keys!

This kiosk claims that it can "copy any key," but that seems like false advertising to me. It couldn't copy the 3 keys I needed made! To be fair, two were vehicle keys that KeyMe doesn't support. The third was a fairly common padlock key. I'm sure they could do any common house key, but the slogan doesn't reflect the machine's actual capabilities.

our entry door hasn’t been working so we called keyme and they had a servicemen out to us within the hour. barry was so professional and even drove to draper to get the part we needed. and now our knob works!!! saved us so much money!! will always call them.
