We are having a house remodeled. We contacted Mr Keys to have locks and door handles installed. Bill came out and looked over the job. We told him we wanted to spend about $500. He then sent some pictures of material and we said they were good and reminded him about our $500 budget. He said they were right in that area. On the morning of the install Bill showed up, got out of his van, and showed us the product and said the price was around $600. I said to Bill that’s a bit more than $500 but we said ok and he installed the door handle and two locks. He then presented us with a final bill of $714. Since the work was already done we paid the bill. We definitely feel like he took advantage of us. We went from a $500 estimate to a $600 quote when he arrived and an hour or so later the bill goes up another $114 to $714:

I brought my recently purchased 2009 Toyota Yaris in because I couldn't get the hatch door opened and thought I needed a special key. made. In actuality, the lock was frozen from years of unuse and collected dirt and grime. The men at Mr. Keys were all so helpful. They spent a very long time trying to get the lcck to work. Ultimately I'm going to have to purchase a new lock but the service that I received from this company was unbelievable. They were persistent in trying to find a fix, pleasant and friendly the entire time and all in all perfect gentlemen. This is the best customer service I've experienced in years! Thank you Mr. Keys!!!

They are very knowledgeable here all the girls that answer the phone are polite very upbeat and happy to help you and they're not expensive a double sided car key without a chip under $10

I was very impressed. I needed a key for A JDM Honda that only came with one. I went to 2 different dealers to try to get a copy, and neither could help me. I went in and in literally 15 seconds he was cutting the new key. Then, I was able to get a GM chip key for a 95 Corvette that I thought was a dealer item, I was out of there with both keys in 5 minutes. No BS! Both keys worked on the first try.

It’s rare that I take a minute to post a review. My parents have used Mr Keys so that’s how I heard about them. Today I had the pleasure of having Justin at my house. He was awesome! He gave me great advice on what I needed and even better that he was “certified “ on all Andersen products. Incredible service and experience. I can’t say enough about Mr Keys!! Thx Justin! John
