They used a forced entry rather than picking lock. they damaged my door and won't return my calls or emails. avoid them, use another company.

Made an appointment for 2pm. No one showed. No one called. Called them back to verify at 2:15pm. Lady on the phone very condescending. Told me she would call and see where the technician was and have him call. I have heard nothing from either of them at this point. It’s 2:40. I don’t have an open schedule where people can just drop by. That’s why I’m willing to pay someone to actually do a job on time. There is a serious lack of communication with this company. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
