Locked key out of a car on a rainy day with my 2 year old Tried to explain to the man I just needed to drive down the road and I’d bring the rest of the money I owed him to the business. I offered him to hold anything , my license etc told him follow me if he wanted I just didn’t have enough cash on me. Instead he told me no and said he would take the key until I paid Which would’ve left me in the rain with my son who was already being a typical difficult two year old. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with I asked him personally do you have a kid ? Would you wanna be stuck in the rain with a kid. Next time will be calling triple a

I recently moved to a new house, but did not get keys to all the doors. For improved security, I wanted to change all the locks and called around. Pat was the most responsible and he came to my place on time. He gave me a good suggestion that I should go to Home Depot and elsewhere and pick out the locks and then call him to replace all the locks and re-key them all to the same key. It took me about a week to find the new locks that I really liked. After buying the locks, I called Pat. He spend a good amount of time to change all the locks (about 10 locks) and make sure that the doors closes very smoothly. He moved the socket of the locks as needed so that the operations are very smooth. I am very happy with the work Pat has done. His price is also very reasonable. Thank you Pat for taking care of the work in my new house!
