They figured out a mess of wires that 2 other security company’s tried to figure out and quit. They got my system up and running in a day. Rekeyed my building as well. I will always use them!

Great people to deal with

Repossessions are unseemly for everyone involved, but this team went above and beyond. I am so very thankful that there can be had kindness and generosity...... Even in such a terrible event. I am so extremely grateful for these people.

Spent all morning looking for my car because the driver failed to report the tow is my vehicle to the police. Told they “email” the police department. The police department has no email. I have worked for my family owned repo and towing company since I was 13. I know for a fact you have to let the customer know the vehicle is being towed giving them a chance to pay at that time and you must stop at the local police department and make them aware the car had been taken so the owner does not the ink the car has been stolen. Poor customer service. Then I was told there’s a whole process to the car being released. Our company take the money from the own of the vehicle and releases it or the owner just goes to the bank and pays what’s due beings they paperwork and the car is released within in a few hours. Here they tell you at least 24 hours. Not to mention there’s a pandemic going on and payments have been suspended for many many things. But we won’t even go there.

Excellent service , sorry you had me waiting so long but that was banks fault, but I was happy with the service, how I was treated and glad you ladies in the office were positive on getting my car out before you closed
