I had six keys made for the house and the cabin, got to the house and none of them work. The key is too long. Wasted ten dollars. I hope the cabin key works.

I was locked out of my garage so my property manager had me call this company to get new keys for it. On our first phone call we were talked to by a very rude and entitled baby boomer. We made sure we were very kind and cordial but this guy continued to be rude and unfriendly. As a combat veteran of the Afghanistan conflict I felt incredibly disrespected by this entitled and rude man. He was also very rude to my property manager when she called so we immediately called someone else.

Daughter's son locked her keys in her van. Ark employee was on scene within 10 minutes. Within another 10 minutes he had unlocked the vehicle. He was courteous and friendly.

Tyler was so helpful! My daughter was stranded and lost her key. ARK was there within the hour with a new key and were able to reprogram it and rescue everyone! They were fast, polite, and showed they cared! Great company to work with!

Had them come out to cut & program key due to lost key. Original key found days later. Tech Never informed or disclosed that it would shut down car if used. Lost a day of work & $130 for a new battery to find out that wasn’t it. Had Art come out to fix issue and they charged me again. Called the office to give them the opportunity to make it right but they refused. A Simple “your old key will no longer work if found” would have saved me a lost days pay a $150 for a battery, & on top of that paying them to come back out again. Keep in mind I was a repeat customer. They’ve lost more than just me as a customer I can promise you that.
