I usually don't leave reviews but I just had to give Thomas Baca all the credit for everything he's helped me with tonight. Long story short, I somehow locked myself inside of my apartment during the process of trying to change the lock to my front door. I was so stressed out and thought I was going to have to call the fire department if no lock places were open. I called Rialto Key & Lock tonight around 10pm-11pm and spoke with Thomas Baca who was at in fact at his house and was ready to go to sleep. (I know because I asked him at time of arrival)... He was so incredibly kind and was honored to come help me so late at night. He literally arrived within 10 minutes of me calling him.. Thomas fixed my door, changed the lock to my door and made me 2 keys! He also gave me an amazing price!! He completely turned my stressful night into a wonderful stress-free night! He truly is amazing! I'm completely grateful and appreciative for all of his help tonight. I definitely recommend his service to anyone and everyone! You will not be disappointed.
