Communication was a bit strained after ordering a bit of a rare item, but it did work out. They had to sync a keyfob for a 2019 Express, which GM is always trying to make more difficult with every year. They got it to work and for less than half what Reliable Chevy would charge. They treated my wife with courtesy and that goes a long way with me. Overall, I think they won me over as a new customer.

I needed copies of a key for my tool box at work. The keys that were made the first wouldn't even fit into the lock. No big deal. Everyone makes mistakes. I took them back and the owner seemed irritated about the situation. He makes new keys (which took him longer than the first set) and he then just throws them on the counter and walks away. No apology was given. It may not seem like much to most people but it was very rude to me.
