I am not kidding when I say I'm very pleased to have found Chris and Hancock Electric Company because things always come up and I am very happy that I can rely on him to come and handle any of our electrical needs. The workmanship is spot on! We had lights changed out, some wires put it, and fixtures installed for our house. I highly recommend!!!

Hancock Electric Company technician responded quickly to our call, he provided an estimate and the next day completed the work within the estimate provided. He used a circuit board w/fuses that were quality above the standard. I was very comfortable and at peace him working on the AC issue since he fixed everything end to end. Chris came out to take a look at the job request and followed all Covid precautions. He was professional and polite. His crew came out on the day of the project on time! They promised the job completion in 1 day and they came through with that promise.

The electrician who came out and made the electrical repairs went above and beyond to make this a easy and painless process. My house was built in the1960s and previous owners never made repairs that were done by professionals, therefore there was major major problems with turning on dryer or dishwasher where the lights would flicker. Overall I would recommend the company as a whole they all made sure this was done quickly and efficiently. 5 stars!!!!!
