Had 3 locks re-keyed at my place of work. Third lock, Joe was able to fix it enough to use and replaced the insert part of the lock ($20), it is a door we never really use. Excellent customer service. Rare now-a-days. Did all locks without disturbing our working environment and was done quickly. Will be contacting them again, when we get new doors.
