Generally I prefer working with people to a machine, but it did the job fairly efficiently and reasonably straightforward/easy to use. Prices seemed a little on the high end considering a human doesn't even have to do anything, but the keys all 3 worked fine when later tested, and it was convenient.

Some of us remember that duplicating a key came with the stress that the duplicate may not work. The key guy would say to go home and "test it." Not with Minute Key. I know for certain that when I create duplicate keys on their super accurate kiosks that I don't have to test them to be sure they work.....they always do! Nice job designing the kiosks Minute Key. As an engineer I respect that attention to detail. They're all over, easy to use and relatively fast. Nice service!

I was told the technician would be here by 3PM it is now 7:30 PM I will never use them again. The Technician hung up on me on the last phone contact. Called the call center back and she said another technician is coming and I never heard from them again. If you use this company you are a fool. Don't say I didn't warn you

After moving in to our home, I called ADI to have all the locks re-keyed. Avi answered and was very helpful, professional, on time, and did a fantastic job with our lock service. I would highly recommend Avi and this company, and will be using them again in the future.

I called this company they said they would be out to me within 15 mins they called me back after 2 hrs and said they were finally there.. I tried to call to tell them I went with someone else never picked up.. then they called me after 2 hrs and I told them the situation and he told me I owe him $29 for a service fee when they stood me up after 2 hrs of waiting when they told me a 15 mins wait.then he has blown my phone up ever since calling me 6 times.. because I won't pay someone who never showed up.

I lost my key for my Acura TL 2005. I called ADI, they send Jesus and came out and made me a key with no time. NOW I’m on the road in no time. I definitely recommend.

great service i called around and a lot of locksmith that say they are 24 hours i guess they said all there techs are sleep luckily ADI LOCK AND KEY was here less than 20 minutes nd is working now great service call them for and key service
