Was told masks are optional at this store. Staff and customers alike feel they are above everyone else. Not sure what makes them so special but I walked out, leaving my purchase on the counter. No respect, no purchase. I have spent thousands in this store over the past 10 years. Taking my money elsewhere.

St Paul United Church of Christ uses Preferred Safe Lock for their locksmith needs. Jim and Steve are excellent to work with. Jim came out and changed all our locks at a very reasonable price. Personally, I've used them to rekey home locks. All I had to do was remove the cylinders and take them into their shop. Steve did a great job on the locks while we waited. I highly recommend them. Thanks!

Preferred safe and lock saved me!! We had our locks replaced by another company and the work was never right for what they charged. Preferred safe and lock assessed the workmanship and quality and agreed that it wasn’t done properly. They came out and installed the correct door lock and repaired what the other company messed up. The installer was on time, professional and clearly a master locksmith. I would recommend preferred safe and lock at anyone as a locksmith. I will ONLY be using them for any needs that I may have in the future. Thank you preferred safe and lock!
