Great guy. Professional, always kept me up to date with what was going on. I called this business for replacing my smart key for 2016 Mazda. Half of what the dealer had quoted me and it works just like my original key. Would recommend to anyone looking to replace key fobs.

At my place of employment, we use Waldorf Locksmith for all our lock needs. We have never had an issue. The owner has always come out within an hour or two of my call. Yes, the owner is an older gentleman and he is old school. Yes, he answers the phone, "hello". He is always nice and does a great job.
